Welcome to Sorges in the Périgord (Dordogne), a "green" holiday resort.

VVF Holiday Village - "La Palue" GiteClair village – rental in the heart of the countryside.
The green and the black Périgord (Dordogne) is the country of the thousand and one castles, of treasured prehistoric sites, of wonders of the culinary art… "La Palue" village invites you into an area of beauty and goodness. 40 two-floor houses are at your disposal, with all necessary shops and services available in the village, 800 meters away.

_____Your stay
The GîteClair village is composed of 50 two-floor lodgings, 34 of which have a kitchen/dining room and two bedrooms and are for up to 6 people. The remaining 6 lodgings can accommodate up to 8 people with a kitchen/dining room and 3 bedrooms. Each house has a ground floor with a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen area incorporated, a completely separate bedroom with 2 single or 1 double bed and built-in cupboard, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the children's bedroom with bunk beds. Each bedroom has a wash basin. Bed linen is not included in our rental rates. You may bring your own or rent on site .
Do not forget to bring your towels, your table napkins and mattress protectors for small children. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their rental property. A deposit of 500 F is requested at the beginning of your stay and will be returned at the end, after inspection of the property.
For hygiene and security reasons, domestic animals are not accepted in the holiday village.
_____Activities
On site, free access to the village public swimming pool, which is open in July and August. Several footpaths, a sports ground, activities free of charge for children aged between 5-14 staying in the village during the school holidays.
_____Surroundings
Sorges and its truffles, the Perigord (Dordogne) and its good food and wines, beautiful varied countryside, prehistoric sites and castles.
_____Reception times
For stays of one week or more, arrival on Saturday 4 – 8 p.m.
Departures before 10 a.m.
If your arrival should be delayed, please inform the village by phone.
Earlier arrivals or prolonged stays are possible (additional payment), if arranged in advance with GîteClair, subject to availability.
